Ensures diagnostic/therapeutic equipment meets manufacturerandrsquo;s specifications for safe and proper use by the performance of routine safety inspections, PM/calibrations, and technical repairs.

Education/Training - Associate of Science Degree. Two years of directly related work experience and/or training in repair/support of medical equipment/computerized systems may substitute for the Associate degree.

Experience - Four (4) years of directly related work experience in repair/support of medical equipment/computerized systems. Associate degree in Biomedical Equipment Repair may substitute for up to two (2) years of the required experience. Associate degree in Electronics/Computerized Technology or related field may substitute for up to one (1) year of the required experience.
