Bachelor's degree required in nursing preferred, business or health related field or must be enrolled
in a Bachelor's program in nursing, business, or health related field. Time allotted to employee for completion
of the individualized education plan is based on the curriculum required to complete the degree, not to

managers and administrators. Acts as a resource person for routine nursing policies and procedures, legal
